Delivery Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details.
We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering and will confirm the receipt of your payment as soon as we received it. We will deliver the products/services as explained in products details, when the receipt of your payment is confirmed.


Refund and Cancellation Policies

❁ A refund of the course fee may be given, ONLY if you formally advise us (by email), two weeks before classes commence, OR any time prior to issuing your access to an online course.
❁ Once the lessons have begun payment is non-refundable.
❁ It is the student’s responsibility to comply with the established schedule.
❁ A complete no-show results in the loss of class.


Rescheduling Private Classes

❁ Rescheduling of private classes (online Or face-to-face) is possible; However students MUST notify their teacher and the school admin (in writing – by email) min 24 hours in advance of the class time; Notification less than 24-hours is not valid and results in loss of the class.
❁ Rescheduled classes must occur within the confirmed course period and ideally be rescheduled during the same week of cancellation or if not possible the replacement session will be added to the end of the course period.
❁ Maximum 2 reschedule per term (9 Sessions) is allowed.
❁ In the event of a session requiring rescheduling due to instructor illness or unavailability, the missed session will be rescheduled at a mutually acceptable date/time, or if not possible the replacement session will be added to the end of the course period.


Security Policy

Persian Language School WA uses the stripe Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions.
Stripe processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using stripe are secured.

❁ Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by us or any outside party.
❁ All transactions are performed under SSL Certificate.
❁ All transaction data is encrypted for storage within stripe data centre.
❁ Stripe payment is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks.

Event and Admission Policy

Entry to the premises and venues and participation at any class, social gathering and event held by Persian Language School WA is subject to the organiser and venue’s terms of admission and the following terms and conditions:

Entry
Entry may be refused if no enrollment record is exist or admission fee is not paid.
Families must enter the venue at the same time. Any minor under 15 cannot enter except in company with a responsible adult.

Audio and visual recording
Audio or visual recordings of the Event are prohibited. Still cameras are permitted but images may only be used for private purposes and not public display.
By attending the Event, you consent to being included in any film and/or sound recordings that may take place and agree for these recordings to be used by the Event organiser.

Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability of any nature for the acts, omissions or the fault of those providing services in connection with the event or any liability for any injury, damage, loss, delay or additional expenses which are incurred at or in association with the event. Where legislation implies any condition or warranty which cannot be excluded or modified, that condition or warranty will be deemed to be included in this agreement. However, our liability for any breach of such condition or warranty will be limited, at our option, to the resupply of the services or the cost of having the services supplied again. In no event will we be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary or special damages. You acknowledge that neither we nor the venue will be responsible for any loss or damage to property (including personal property such as bags, money or other personal items) brought to or purchased at the event by you. You will be liable for any loss or damage caused by you.

Conduct
You must ensure that you and your invitees act in an orderly manner when attending the Event. We may refuse entry or evict anyone who behaving in an intoxicated, disorderly, offensive, threatening or inappropriate manner, towards any person. Persian Language School WA is open to all ages. Children under the age of 15 years that attend must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Children who behave in a disorderly, disruptive or inappropriate manner may at the sole discretion of the PLSWA be required to leave.

Alcohol, smoking and illegal substances
Persian Language School WA is ALCOHOL FREE, SMOKE FREE, family environment. Possessing alcohol or smoking at the venue will cause immediate eviction and cancellation of your admission. Anyone found supplying or consuming illicit drugs will be evicted from the premises and face criminal charges.

Trading
Trading signs or other signs, and distribution of any advertisement materials and similar are not permitted without prior consent of the Persian Language School WA. No attendee shall be entitled to do any trading without the written consent of the Persian Language School WA.

General
Footwear must be worn at all times on the site.
Animals are not permitted, except in accordance with legislation.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Western Australia state.
Any breach of any of these terms and conditions will entitle the Persian Language School WA to evict the attendee from the venue.

Environment and community
Persian Language School WA cares for the environment and community.
Please be respectful and place any litter in the recycle or other bins provided around the venue.


Privacy Policy

Introduction
We value your privacy and assure you that your personal information kept secure. We are bound by and comply with the National Privacy Principles, as provided in the Federal Privacy Act 1988, and only collect personal information that is necessary for us to conduct our business and process your payment. The personal information we collect will include information you give us when you place an order for the purchase of the service we provide. This personal information will include your name, address and contact details, and may include other personal information about individuals we collect in the course of a transaction. If you have questions or concerns regarding this statement, you should first contact us.

Collection of Information
In order to use the Persian Language School WA website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible. All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including Email. Any information collected by Persian Language School WA is collected via correspondence from you. This may be via the telephone, Email, mail or directly through our website.

Use of Collection Information
Any details collected from our customers is required in order to provide you with our products or services, and a high level of customer service. Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff development.

The security of your personal information is important to us. We do not collect sensitive information such as credit card numbers. For processing a credit card payment, our website will forward your card data to our secure trusted third party payment gateway and we never store your Credit Card details. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us once we receive it.

Access to Collected Information
If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, delete or deactivate it by emailing us at info@plswa.org.au

Orders
If you purchase a product or service from us, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information such as name, Email, and postal address. We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Communications
Persian Language School WA uses personally identifiable information for essential communications, such as full name, address, phone numbers and emails. We may also use this information for other purposes, including some promotional Emails. If at any time a customer wishes not to receive such correspondence, they can request to be removed from any mailing lists by emailing us at info@plswa.org.au

Persian Language School WA may at its discretion use other third parties to provide essential services on our site or for our business processes.
